They can operate stably at temperatures as low as -40°C or even lower, while maintaining high energy efficiency and long cycle life. 1. Extreme Environment Adaptability
Ultra-low Temperature Discharge: At -40℃, the MOLICEL P45B retains 80% of its nominal capacity, while the Zhenhua SW26650-70HP releases ≥60% of its capacity through 0.2C constant current discharge, solving the problem of traditional batteries failing to operate in extremely cold conditions.
Wide Temperature Range Design: The Lilang IFR26650-25D supports an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, achieving efficient and safe charging at -20℃, suitable for extreme climate scenarios such as skiing and mountain exploration.
2. High Power and Fast Charging
High Rate Performance: The Lilang IFR26650-25D supports 80C pulse discharge and 50C continuous discharge, meeting the high power requirements of power tools and drone startup.
Fast Charging: The Lilang IFR26650-25D supports 7C high-rate charging with a charging efficiency of ≥94%, the Zhenhua SW26650-70HP supports 1C fast charging, achieving efficient recharging in 1 hour at 25℃.
3. Long Lifespan and High Reliability
Cycle Life: The Zhenhua SW26650-70HP achieves 2000 cycles, while the MOLICEL P45B/P42A achieves 500 cycles, significantly lower than standard temperature lithium batteries but meeting the requirements of specialized equipment.
Safety Certifications: Certified by UN38.3, UL/CE/UN, and featuring a military-grade protection system (overcharge/over-discharge/short circuit protection) to ensure stability in extreme environments.
4. Lightweight and Optimized Structure
Compact Design: The Zhenhua SW26650-70HP has a diameter of 26.5mm, a height of 65.4mm, and weighs less than 100g, making it suitable for weight-sensitive applications such as drones and polar research equipment.
